Neds are the newest addition to the online betting scene here in Australia and already they are making their mark, with seasoned professionals behind the scenes that have a wealth of knowledge within Australia's online betting industry they will surely be a big player over the next couple of years. While Neds still has a little work to do to match the big boys in regards live racing and feature products they certainly are going the right way and are one to watch.

Neds are the latest addition to the online betting world here in Australia and while they have only been around since October 2017.
Neds have quickly made a lasting impression on punters around the country mainly due to their advertising blitz when they launched their sports betting site to coincide with the busiest betting time of the year here in Australia with the spring carnival being Neds main focus.
Dean Shannon who was the founder of Bookmaker and later the chief executive of Ladbrokes is the owner and driving force behind Neds and with his industry knowledge and his ability to think outside the box I think we are going to see some good things from them in 2018.
The rumour mill is already churning with news of a possible International Neds operation in the very near future and if this is true then you would expect they have big ideas for both their Australian betting site and their proposed International operation.
So I guess time will tell for Neds but it's my personal opinion that what Dean Shannon did at Ladbrokes was a masterstroke and if he can reproduce the goods now he is working for himself then there is no doubt in my mind that Neds will be a force to be reckoned with come 2019 and beyond.
Betting Man Opinion
Neds have already gotten off to a good start and it is no surprise when you take your first look at their brand spanking new interface.
The colour scheme that Neds have adopted is pleasing on the eye which is always a plus and their simple but informative layout is just what punters are looking for in a betting site.
The racing pages are especially well designed with all the bells and whistles thrown in including Money Tracker, Fluctuations, Feature Bets and one of my favourite tools to use the Speed Map.
Another feature that will catch your eye and to be honest I don't think I have seen this on any other betting site before is the race preview videos that are associated with the bigger meetings of the day.
Not only does Neds give you a break down of the race with a full informative form guide and suggested runners but these Race Preview videos are just the cherry on top of a well iced cake.
Neds are still lacking in a few areas though with the likes of live streaming being one of them but lets not forget that they are a new outfit and have already outshone some of the online betting sites that have been trading for years.
With a few more promotions and key features to go along with a well developed, well though out platform you will be sure Neds are going to be a front runner in the coming years.
Neds Form Guide
Neds like so many of the best betting sites have opted for a quick look form guide which is displayed within the betting card but also the go that extra mile and offer a full form guide with more in depth information of past runs.
If you click on a runners name then it will open up to show you most of the information you will need if you want to place a bet with win/place percentages, jockey, trainer and breeding information.
All the latest form is also in view with career starts win place record, last 6 and 15 runs quick check, track and distance stats along with runs after spelling (first up etc.), lastly Neds show the form regarding the surface type the selection has been running on.
If you want to really go into the form of a prospect then you can open the full form guide a delve a little deeper into each selections past form and who they have raced against and in what grade of race.
Neds Mobile App
As you would expect with a betting site that has only launched in 2017 the Neds mobile betting app is one that punters will be more than happy with, the latest software.
The latest features including a betting slip that is easy to navigate and enables you to place your bet with little effort and quickly which is probably the most important thing for any punter when using a mobile betting app.

Neds Customer Service
Neds have all the avenues covered when it comes to helping punters if they are having trouble or they just need to ask a quick question.
If you prefer to send a message you can but Neds do also have a live chat facility which is probably the quickest way to find the answer to your problem, you can also alternatively use the support line which is open 7 days a week 8am-8pm
I have already had a quick play in regards their live chat feature and they were quick to respond to my query and they sorted a little issue out I had within minutes which is always good as some online betting sites do not always man their live chat facility.
